Reitz Rentals is a locally owned business with nearly 20 successful years in the housing and property investment industry. Over the years we have grown to become one of the area’s most respected and largest home rental providers. Reitz Rentals is family operated and has been a member of the North Central Pennsylvania Landlord Association since 1999 and also a member of The National Association of Independent Landlords and has earned the nationally recognized title of Certified Professional Landlord (CPL).

Our clean well maintained rentals include anything from a small one bedroom apartment or house to large five story multi-unit complexes, and four bedroom, three bathroom homes. All units include amenities such as laundry hookup or coin operated laundry and private off street parking. We are capable of providing housing to over 100 people. We enjoy work closely with the DuBois Housing Authority. We offer equal opportunity housing to everyone. Furthermore we offer prime located commercial spaces up to 10,000 sq. ft.

The investment portion of our business consists of buying properties. We fix up and hold properties as rentals as well as sell properties outright or through owner and/or bank financing. We are not real estate agents and are not connected with real estate agents in any way.

As you can see, after being in the rental and property investment business for so long, we have made all the necessary connections (attorneys, bankers, insurance agents, accountants, surveyors, contractor and other real-estate professionals) to make everyday operations and property transactions go quickly, smoothly and as planned in all three aspects of our business.
